Frequently Asked Questions
- Click on “My Account” (top of homepage).
- Under Register, enter your Email address.
- Now click on “Register”.
- Next, we need to create a password for your account. So we will send you an email using our lost password system, to the email address you have just registered.
- Next, visit your (Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo ect.) Email Inbox.
- Find the “Auction It All email“
- Inside your email, Click on the “password reset link“.
- You will be taken to our “lost password page” where you can set your New password for your account.
- Enter your “New Password“.
- Enter “Confirm New Password“
- Whola, you are now registered and ready to bid!

Easy peasy. If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in, do this:
- Click on ‘My Account” at the top right-hand side of the page.
- Click on the ‘Lost your password?’ link below the login form
- Enter the email address you registered with on Auction It All SA.
- Click “Reset password”.
- Next, visit your (Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo ect.) Email Inbox.
- Find the “Auction It All email“
- Inside your email, Click on the “password reset link“.
- You will be taken to our “lost password page” where you can set your New password for your account.
- Enter your “New Password“.
- Enter “Confirm New Password“
- Whola, you are ready to bid or place orders!
Click here on Account Details to start the process.
- During the checkout process; you will be able to edit all your account details to the latest information.
- My Account > Adresses tab
- click “edit” Billing Adress. And you will be able to edit your phone number there.
- While browsing Auction It All SA, add the products of your choice to your cart.
- When you’ve got everything you need, click on ‘View Cart’ at the top of the page or click on the ‘Cart’ link in the menu.
- On the cart page, you will see a summary of what’s in your shopping cart. Here you can remove products from your cart or change the quantities of the products you want to order. When you’re ready to pay, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ below the cart total.
- Log in to your account . When you’re logged in, continue with the checkout process.
- The next step is to complete your address information for delivery. Any prior address information given will be selected by default, so check that the address for this particular delivery is correct. Choose a different address from the drop-down if you have multiple addresses set up on your account. It will be useful to enter an address where you know someone will definitely be available to receive your order on the delivery date.
- Next, you will see the Shipping options with the delivery cost.
- Choose a payment method, accept the Terms and Conditions and click ‘Place Order’.
- Once the payment has been processed, your order will be placed and you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.
Auction It All SA uses the PayFast PayGate which allows customers to pay via Visa and Mastercard credit and cheque cards, Instant EFT, Masterpass, Mobicred, SCode, Zapper, SnapScan and debit cards.
You can also pay via a regular EFT, but this will extend your order processing time as we have to wait for the funds to reflect in our account before proceeding with your order.
We currently do not accept cash on delivery (COD) payments. Your order is delivered by staff and/or a third-party courier. In order to protect them and the integrity of your order, orders need to be paid in full before they are dispatched.
Our site is hosted on a secure dedicated server, with additional antivirus software and a firewall protecting our domain, hindering intruders. Furthermore, we have a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate with 2048bit encryption to encrypt information sent from the server to your computer and vice versa. So… very secure!
You can find and watch any auction you are actively bidding on, under “My Accounts > Auctions tab.”
Items may have “Reserved Prices”, which means the seller has a minimum price at which they want to sell their item. If that “Reserve Price” was not reached during the current auction, the item will be relisted to participate in the next auction cycle.
Congratulations on winning the auction! Just add “your won item” to your cart and finish the checkout process. Once we receive your order and payment, your item will be processed and delivered to your door step via the Courier Guy (T&C’s apply).
You can find your auctions won under “My Accounts > Auctions tab.” Then click “Add to cart” and finish the checkout process.

Returns and Exchanges
Every seller determines their own return policy on the items listed. Always make sure that you read the shipping, payment, warranty, guarantee and return policies before purchasing an item. If in doubt, please contact Auction It All SA.
If you need to return an item, please contact Auction It All SA to make the necessary arrangements.
Auction It All SA does not set any return policies, but does require sellers to comply with the Consumer Protection Act and any other act that might be applicable when trading online. Please contact us if you have any questions in this regard.

Should there be a discrepancy between the products you ordered (as per the Auction It All SA invoice) and the products you receive, please contact us immediately. The reason for the discrepancy will be investigated and a swap will be arranged accordingly.
Before you sign the waybill for delivery, check your order thoroughly. Items should be checked against the order confirmation provided with the package. If there is a discrepancy, contact us immediately (before the courier has left) so that the situation can be rectified. The circumstances of the situation will be assessed to determine the best possible way to get the missing item(s) to you.
We all make mistakes, so if you’ve ordered the wrong product, let us know as soon as possible! Returns will be assessed on an individual basis as the logistics and validity of the return need to be considered. Returns may incur additional charges if authorised. Please make sure your order is correct as far as possible before completing payment.

While we ensure the utmost care is taken when packaging your order, Auction It All SA use third-party couriers to make your special deliveries. When you receive your order, check to make sure your products are in good nick – do not accept any damaged items from the courier.
REMEMBER: signing for delivery means you accept all goods and they are in good order. Should a part of the order be damaged when you check, please contact us immediately (before the courier has left).
We try to make your shopping experience with us as efficient as possible. If (for whatever reason) you need to cancel an order placed on Auction It All SA, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. The merit of each individual situation will be assessed.
Please note that if the order has already been dispatched and you want to cancel it, you are likely to incur the delivery fees even if delivery does not take place.
