3. Processing your listing
Once you’ve listed your lot, AIA will take care of the rest. AIA’s team will review your listing and make any necessary adjustments to optimize its visibility. They will handle inquiries from potential buyers, negotiate prices, and facilitate the sale.
4. AIA will Contact You
When your lot has been processed, AIA will contact you to discuss the details. They will provide you with AIA’s Terms & Conditions to make sure you understand the process, our Buyer Protection Programme and Commision Fees involved.
5. AIA Handles the Selling Process
